Education Purpose Only ! Viewers Discretion is Adviced.

It's actually more common than many people think, especially in hard boxing gyms. Fighters can throw up during or right after sparring for several reasons:

*High-intensity effort: Hard rounds push the body to its limit. Blood is redirected away from the stomach to the working muscles, which can cause nausea.

*Eating too close to sparring: A large meal or even too much water within 1–3 hours of training can upset the stomach when the body is bouncing around.

*Dehydration or overheating: Losing fluids and electrolytes makes nausea more likely.
Adrenaline and anxiety: Even experienced fighters can feel a surge of adrenaline before intense sparring, which can affect the stomach.

*Poor conditioning: If a boxer isn't conditioned for the pace, they're more likely to become nauseated.
Body shots: A hard liver or solar plexus shot can trigger vomiting by affecting the diaphragm and stomach.
