Last week, I stood at the back of the room as a group of leaders shared stories, laughter, tears and reflection during a Hispanic Heritage Month experience I was honored to lead.

And as I watched them, I thought

this is what leadership looks like.

Not titles. Not metrics.

But moments of humanity that remind us why we’re here together. Unidos. đŸ€

Today marks the last day of Hispanic Heritage Month.

But what if this wasn’t the end?

What if the celebration became a continuation of the pride, the connection, the presence that makes our workplaces come alive?

Because culture isn’t a campaign or just a celebration. It’s actually a catalyst for change.

It’s the heartbeat of how we lead, communicate, and create belonging.

Love Is My Leadership Legacy

Mothers are among the most powerful leaders in the world — not because of titles, but because of how they show up.

No manual.

No roadmap.

Just heart, intuition, and a vision for something greater than themselves.

They lead in uncertainty.

They flex, stretch, adapt — daily.

They give even when they’re running on empty.

They learn through feedback, real-time emotions, and ever-changing needs.

Some days, it’s not about pushing forward. And that’s ok.

It’s about slowing down enough to “catch yourself”

Today I woke up in a different kind of flow.

The kind that whispers, “Something needs to be felt before anything else gets done.” 😼‍💹

The old part of me wanted to push through, to perform, produce, get the result, stay “on track.”

But the deeper part knows better now.

✹ This journey isn’t about performance.

It’s about sustainability. Of our nervous systems. Of our truth. Of our purpose.

Leadership, to me, means becoming aware of how I’m really doing and shifting with grace.

Making space to feel, to nourish, to tend to the invisible things, so I can return to my work more “whole”

Because staying aligned with your path doesn’t mean you never wobble.

It means you know how to ‘honor the wobble’, without losing yourself in it.

This is the kind of leadership I stand for.

One rooted in self-awareness, emotional expression, and inner sustainability-not just output.

So if today feels tender, know this:

You’re still on track. You are human.

And there is wisdom in your softness.

This too is part of being on track
