OFFICIAL FACILITY RULES!!
We train hard here—but we also train together.
Follow the rules, look out for each other, and keep the gym a space we’re proud of.

1. DON’T BE AN AS***LE
Respect the space, Respect the people. Respect the work.

2. Re-rack your weights and return equipment to its place If you load it, you unload it.

3. Wipe down equipment
Clean equipment is part of training

4.NO SLAMMING, DUMPING, OR THROWING
Control the lift. Protect the equipment. Keep everyone safe

5. No offensive or inappropriate comments.
This includes remarks about personal life, race, religion, or politics.
Keep the focus on training.

6. Respect others’ space
Be polite. Stay aware of your surroundings and those around you.

7. Use equipment properly
Train with control. Ask for help if needed.

8. Share equipment
Be mindful of time and access -this is a shared space.

9. Train with respect
No harassment. No intimidation. No creeping

10. NO bare feet.

Let’s keep TFX strong, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
