¿Quieres comenzar con buen pie tus rutinas? Hoy quiero compartir estos consejos para tener una rutina exitosa 😎

1️⃣ Es primordial realizar un buen calentamiento antes de empezar a entrenar. Evitarás lesiones.
2️⃣ Siempre usa vestimenta y calzados cómodos y evita prendas muy ajustadas o incómodas que te entorpezcan la rutina.
3️⃣ Es vital que durante la rutina, tomes líquidos como agua o algún energizante para mantener tu cuerpo hidratado.
4️⃣ Nadie te está apurando. Realizar los ejercicios pausados.
5️⃣ Mantener la concentración es muy importante y para, tener el control de nuestra respiración será la clave.
6️⃣ Cómo último punto, es vital conocer nuestro cuerpo y hasta donde es capaz de llegar. No hay que forzar pesos porque es allí donde surgen las lesiones.

Want to get your routines off to a great start? Today I want to share these tips to have a successful routine 😎.

1️⃣ It is paramount to perform a good warm-up before you start training. You will avoid injuries.
2️⃣ Always wear comfortable clothes and shoes and avoid tight or uncomfortable clothes that hinder your routine.
3️⃣ It is vital that during the routine, you drink fluids such as water or some energizer to keep your body hydrated.
4️⃣ No one is rushing you. Perform the exercises leisurely.
5️⃣ Keeping concentration is very important and for, having control of our breathing will be the key.
6️⃣ How last point, it is vital to know our body and how far it is capable of reaching. We must not force weights because that is where injuries arise.

¡Nueva semana, nueva 👊🏻!

Esta semana les traigo una súper rutina de para el tren superior, donde trabajaremos espalda y triceps 💪🏻.

1️⃣Lat pull downs 3 series x 12 rep.
2️⃣ Pull rows and longes 3 series x 15rep.
3️⃣ Straight arm lat pull Downey 3 series x12 rep
4️⃣ Polea triceps, push downs and reverse puso downs 3 series x 1 rep c/u
5️⃣ Triceps dips 3 series x 12 rep.

Mi recomendación durante este tipo de rutina es:

✅Trabajar con un peso adecuado a nuestras capacidades para así mantener una postura adecuada y evitar lesiones.
✅ Realizar los movimientos de manera lenta, con contracciones concéntricas e isométricas.
✅ Mantén la espalda recta y los hombres relajados.

Mensaje para comenzar la semana 👊🏻:

“No todos los días estarás motivado, por eso tienes que ser disciplinado”.

Me ha pasado, cómo ha todos qué hay algunos días que no estoy de ánimos o atravesamos por momentos difíciles que nos hacen bajar los brazos, pero no podemos detenernos y recordar el porqué hacemos las cosas.

Ser disciplinado es un desafío, pero si lo juntamos con la constancia, obtenemos resultado exitosos🙌🏻.

Aunque quizás no lo creas, aprender a boxear 🥊 no es nada fácil. Por ejemplo, darle un golpe al s**o podría ser una de las cosas más difíciles que hay.

La práctica y la táctica son palabras claves en este deporte. La técnica es para evitar lesiones y con la práctica podrás dominar el deporte. Este ejercicio es excelente para bajar los niveles de grasa y aumentar masa muscular.
