Congratulations on your WIN!!

The Orlando Surge C Division team participated in the 30th Annual Hurricane Showdown in Ft. Lauderdale, FL this Thanksgiving Weekend. They played 8 (eight) games over two days and brought home the 2nd Place trophy.

On 11/22/2022, the Orlando Surge Tuesday night team won 1st Place while playing in the Fall 2022 Seminole County league. Congratulations on your consecutive win this year!!

On 9/3/2022, the Orlando Surge B Team won 3rd Place at the Gay Softball World Series in Dallas. It was a busy and exhausting week of series events and fierce competition for this group of guys. Congratulations for this well deserved win!

Orlando Surge’s Softball Teams are an award-winning group of LGBT+ players and are inclusive of everyone. We participate in weekly competitive softball games; local, statewide & nationwide tournaments; and the annual North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA) World Series. We are more about FUN than winning, even tho that’s still our Goal!

We are a member of the Central Florida Softball League, which is comprised of LGBT community members, friends and straight allies. The Central Florida Softball League was founded in 1997 and hosts an annual tournament to raise money for various community charities.

Orlando Surge teams are comprised of players in three divisions: B, C & D:

• Surge C
• Surge D
