Monday is now Leg Day and it was a rough one. Everything felt super heavy even when using half the weight.

It’s now evening time and I figured out the problem, I’ll fill you in on what my problem was today.

Nobody tells women over 40 this about cellulite.

And it’s why nothing you’ve tried has worked.

It’s not a fat problem. It’s a hormone problem.

Cellulite is made up of 4 things:

• Fluid retention (hello, puffy legs)
• Inflammation (breaking down connective tissue)
• Weak connective tissue (skin stops staying tight + smooth)
