The Orland Outlaws Baseball Club was created by Scott Ovard in 2022 to encourage youth to develop good baseball skills to the best of their abilities and desire.

Good afternoon Outlaw Families! ⚾️

We’re excited to announce a Fall Registration & Make-Up Tryout Date—please feel free to share this with any players interested in competitive baseball!

Make-Up Tryouts / In-Person Registration
If you missed tryouts on March 28, join us on:

April 18 at the Outlaws Baseball Club building

Online registration is open now.Wwe recommend signing up before tryouts.

Tryout Times:
9U – 10:00 AM
10U – 11:00 AM
11U – 12:00 PM
12U – 1:00 PM
13U – 2:00 PM

Please arrive about 10 minutes early.

Tryouts help determine:
• Competitive vs. Developmental placement
• Opportunities for tournament or game play
• Potential to move up one age group (based on skill & competitiveness)

Season Cost: $500

Breakdown:
• $200 – Brewfest tickets (can be sold to reimburse cost)
• $100 – Club membership
• $200 – Uniform/Game fees

Payment Plan Available:
$100 deposit + 4 monthly payments (May–August)

Ways to Save:
• Reuse last year’s jersey (-$30)
• Reuse last year’s hat (-$20)
• Use code: HAT or JERSEY at signup
(Working on allowing both discounts together—reach out if needed!)

If finances are tight, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can help with payment options or sponsorship opportunities.

Important Reminder for Parents:
We will NOT be sizing jerseys or hats—please double-check fit now to avoid issues later in the season.

Fall Ball Registration is now open!

Some important information:

Fall Ball Try Outs:
Saturday, March 28th at the Outlaws Baseball Club Facility

TRYOUT TIMES:
* 9U — 10:00 AM
* 10U — 11:00 AM
* 11U — 12:00 PM
* 12U — 1:00 PM
* 13U — 2:00 PM
* 14U — 3:00 PM

WHAT TRYOUTS DETERMINE
Tryouts help us place each player where they will develop and succeed. We evaluate:
1. Competitive vs. Developmental Placement
Competitive Players
* Play in tournaments
* May be moved to developmental if improvement or availability changes
Developmental Players
* Can earn opportunities in doubleheaders, scrimmages, and intersquad games
2. Eligibility to Move up an age group
* Players may move up one age group
* Movement is based on skill level and competitiveness
* A player must clearly rank within the top 9 players of the older group to be considered
* If a player is not definitively competitive at the next level, they will remain in their age group for proper development

SEASON FEE: $500 Breakdown:
* $200 — 4 Brewfest Tickets (per family)
* Sell to family & friends to reimburse yourself

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: Please double‑check your player’s jersey size. If their jersey is already snug, remember they will continue to grow before August. Once orders are placed, it will be too late to adjust sizing.
