It is with great sadness to announce that Leo has passed on.

During his life Leo formed many deep & meaningful bonds and whether that took you on your own path or it was just for a time you benefited in some way from Leo. He dedicated much of his life to teaching and helping others.

Randori was born from Leo’s judo background but the literal meaning is to seize/take chaos which Leo did for better or worse in his life. Leo competed in judo, MMA/NHB, and jiu jitsu as well as coaching many successful athletes, at a time leading one of the most competitive and producing teams in the area.

Leo was a fighter and had great love for his children, students, friends and family and he will be greatly missed.

Full tough session of MMA training and sparing for the Juniors on Saturday morning, then a several hour long Nerf battle on Sunday to build teamwork and comradery. Getting these guys for some some upcoming tournaments and so proud of how hard they're working!!!❤️👊

Older kid's Jiu Jitsu class working hard practicing to pass the open guard. This class contains 12 State Jiu Jitsu Champions and has won 4 state titles as a team. I'm so proud of the work and effort these guys put in, and blessed to be their coach❤️💪
