LET’S GLOW!

This Summer turn on your post-pilates glow with our 8 week GLOW-GETTER Challenge.

WHEN:
- June 1 - July 31

HOW IT WORKS:
- Take the number of classes assigned to your membership level for these 2 months
- Take 3 extra classes on top of your membership classes

Example:

Level One Members
- Take 8 classes +
- Take 3 extra classes = 11 classes total in June + July

THE PRIZES:
- Complete the challenge and we’ll add 3 class credits to your account
- Use them anytime before the end of August to keep that summer glow going!

SOUNDBATH SESSION WORKSHOP :

Join Us for a Peaceful Evening 🌙

We’re excited to invite you to a Soundbath Session designed exclusively for our members. Experience a peaceful & calming journey with Jenna Cordaro as she guides you through a restorative session using the frequencies of sound bowls to connect with your deepest self.

Sound Healing benefits:

> Reduces cortisol levels (the stress hormone) lowering stress, tension, anger, & anxiety
> Slows down brain waves to put our bodies in a relaxed, dreamlike state
> Increases self-awareness, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing
> Helps regulate pain management by stimulating the release of endorphins (the body’s natural painkillers)

Our fourth annual CLEARLY FOR A CAUSE community fundraiser kicks off March 1 and runs through March 31! At CLEARLY our member community is everything to us.
We are here to not only support you, but also rally around a cause we believe in. This year, we’re proud to give back and support the Ronald McDonald House—helping families who need it most during incredibly difficult times.

Please consider simply donating through the RMDH link in our bio, but to put the fun in fundraising, we’ve also brought back our fan-favorite CLEARLY FOR A CAUSE Raffle Baskets.
