While this snow is amazing, we have to remember that the snowmobile trails don't open until after hunting season. Our trails are not fully marked as we cannot get into the trails ourselves to mark them. Trails will open shortly after hunting season is over.

Special thanks to Mike Wood. Mike Tarasiewicz and Ryan for checking out and clearing our trails this morning. Our trails are open, NYSSA map has been updated. Heading out again tomorrow after thawing out for a bit tonight. Take it easy out there, we do not have a solid base under there.

While we've finally gotten snow, please be mindful that it's the first of the year and the underlying ground may not be hard/frozen yet. The trails were largely still grass yesterday while we were out signing. Slow down and take it easy!l, and be careful.

Not going to complain about no snow just yet. It's allowed us to get out there and redo one of our bridges this past weekend. Crossing the Shamrock Golf Course for both sleds, and golf carts, will be better this year and beyond.
