WHO: Elite athletes looking to get an edge for upcoming high school and collegiate seasons. No matter what your sport, Pure Performance training is beneficial, functional, and readily transferable. We get athletes fundamentally conditioned and strong, so that they can excel once they enter their competitive seasons. WHAT: Group fitness training to build functional athletic skills transferable to a
ll sports. Supplemental athletic training is conducted in an intimate setting (2-10 athletes per trainer). Trainers are alumni of and current coaches at Miramonte High School with experience competing at the collegiate, professional, and international levels. WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00pm – 1:30pm
Saturdays 11:00am - 12:30pm

Training will focus on:

Sessions also cover the important topics of sports nutrition, recovery, injury prevention, and insight into the mind and lifestyle of a collegiate/professional/elite athlete. PRICING:
