We started Hodges Street Sail Repair fourteen years ago.

We are an owner operated loft, have no employees, and perform all sail repairs ourselves. When our customers discuss their sails, they are speaking to the people who are actually going to do the work on them. We fully inspect each sail that comes into the loft. We write an inspection report that includes a full description of the sails condition, estimates for any suggested repairs, and the actu

al cost of a wash if one is needed. Inspections are submitted to our customers for review and we then proceed as requested. We do not charge for inspections.

First I want to tell you how much I enjoyed meeting you both and learning more about your many talents (art, painting, sculpture, etc.). Secondly, I want to thank you both for the care and attention you gave to repairing and rehabilitating my ole sail. Your vast knowledge is obvious and very impressive. Your professionalism in managing every step of the repair is unlike most businesses in today's world—you really care about what you do. I will highly recommend you without hesitation to anyone I encounter in need of sail repair/replacement.

I do not hope for the need to have many more sail repairs, but I do sincerely hope that our paths cross again. Thank you so much for helping me with the vital step of getting my sail ready for "Orion" to get back out on the open water again. SailPack Collegiate Regatta: March 29-30 2025
The SailPack Interconference Regatta is scheduled for March 29-30
The SailPack has hosts invitational regattas in Oriental – its coastal training waters or “2nd home” as coach Dana Magliola puts it. The Sailpack Regatta in Oriental is an official interconference event recognized by the ICSA, the governing body of college sailing. There are 18 collegiate teams participating in two days of sailing.
FJ sailboats and support are provided by Oriental’s Bow To Stern.
