Dec 1st we have to what????
This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Next let’s report what boat we used, what dock we fished, what strength line we used. Let’s see, I have fished the following states/countries and never heard of anything to stupid. MN, WI, IA, MS, TX, CA, FL, Honduras, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, Netherlands, England, Scotland, Ireland, Iceland, Canary Islands, Azores, Italy, France, Hawaii and I’m sure I forgot a few. I did find Germany a bit strange as you have to be anchored in the Rhein river to fish and all bait fish have to be dead. But nothing as communistic as you need a cell phone to report what you catch when you catch and then report it again. I’m might as well move to NY for the real communist experiment. Well let’s be real its too cold. SC might be nice.
