It took me way too long to post these gorgeous pictures form one of the best moments I can remember, Sammy’s bar mitzvah. I’m sure you can imagine he was a total star on the bimah. One thing that surprised me, though, was that I thought it would feel more bittersweet; instead I just overwhelming joy and pride and gratitude.
