Congrats on the awesome start to your transformation 🔥 In 4 short months Josh has gained 10 pounds of muscle lost 20 pounds of fat and 10% Body fat. Not to shabby! Consistency is 🔑 don’t give up on something just because it gets challenging. Strive for improvement. Nothing great comes easy. You have to self educate, become smarter, understand the process, and most importantly you have to have fun while you do it. That is what makes “the process” sustainable.

Haven’t really pushed my self to go heavy in a long time, but getting out of the norm is such a good way to push past mental and physical plateaus! Get outside of your comfort zone and push your self to do something hard and you will be happy you did. It will challenge you to grow as a person and push your body to the next level.

HERSHEYS SYRUP & PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN PANCAKES

Went with the protein pancakes for breakfast! If you are trying to lose weight one of the worst things and biggest mistakes you can make is to put your self in what I call the “DIET BOX”. Don’t put your self into the “diet box” with the mindset of good food vs. bad food. Food is food, and all food in moderation is fine (with the possible exception of trans fats). If you are in a caloric deficit you will lose weight PERIOD.
