Because dads don’t usually ask for what they actually want: time with their kids, zero responsibilities, incredible food, and an adventure big enough to bring everyone together. The Main Salmon delivers all of it. pc: Emma Harding

Warning: Crossing this bridge may lead to excessive smiling, river-induced happiness, and an uncontrollable urge to plan your next rafting trip.

Cross the bridge. Hop in the boat. Float through one of the most beautiful river corridors in the West.

The rapids are ready. The beaches are waiting. The camp chairs have your name on them.

A few spots are still available this season—but not for long.

Ready to trade your screen time for river time?

What's harder to leave behind: your phone or the river at the end of the trip?

Years from now, you probably won’t remember the emails, the meetings, or what was on your calendar this week.
But you’ll remember the sound of the river.
The anticipation before the drop.
The laughter afterward.
The feeling of doing something that made you teel completely alive.
That’s why people come back from a river trip with stories that get told over and over again.
Nobody talks about the meeting.
They talk about Lava Falls. Call for 2027 -12
Night Row trip dates.

Somewhere along the way, life got crowded with notifications, schedules, and endless to-do lists.
Then there are places like this.
Places that remind you what it feels like to be fully present. To trade deadlines for sunsets, screens for canyon walls, and scrolling for stories you’ll be telling for years.
The river has a way of slowing
everything down and showing you what really matters.
Adventure isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about coming back to it.

Today, on World Environment Day, we're feeling especially grateful for the opportunity to experience places like the Grand Canyon from the river.

Floating through this incredible landscape is a reminder of how much beauty, history, and life are woven into the natural world around us. The canyon's towering walls, the Colorado River, the night skies, and the quiet moments between rapids all inspire a deep appreciation for the environment that makes these experiences possible.

As we explore, we’re mindful of our responsibility to travel thoughtfully, leave no trace, and help preserve these places for future generations to enjoy.

Thank you to the guides, stewards, scientists, volunteers, and communities who work to protect our public lands and waterways. We’re grateful to be guests in these remarkable landscapes.

Happy World Environment Day.

What’s one small thing you do to help protect the places you love to explore?

From the rim, it’s breathtaking.
From the river, it’s personal.
Every bend reveals something new. Every campfire creates a connection. Every day takes you farther from your routine and deeper into an experience few people ever have.

While most people are answering emails, they’re floating through canyons, eating incredible meals, laughing around camp, and watching the sunset from places most people never see. The best memories aren’t waiting for retirement.
