Working hard is good.
Hard work is necessary
But if your hard work is done simply for the purpose and sake of goal...
What do you have?
What was sacrificed because of that
Was it worth it, more importantly was it necessary?
What was lost because of it?
Did you leave a positive impact in the lives of others?
Did your relationships improve?
Did that sacrifices come at an expense
Environment and relations are huge areas of your health.
Areas of your health that are when go unchecked can lead more stress which leads a deterioration of all other areas of your health.
Why do I do what I do?
I do what I do because serving other and helping others is more important that anything else.
Growing new relationship, and helping others far out weighs the money and status.
Thereās a reason you donāt see me post shirtless pics, doing photoshoots, or constantly sharing personal accolades.
What I do, and why I do what I do, I DO for others. Itās about you, I donāt need self gratification, or a huge check me out following.
My success is completely and solely rooted in the successes and accomplishments of my clients.
My clients are the reason I do what I do, to see my clients grow and succeed is what drives me.
I do what I do because growing healthy relationships will always be important to me.
As of Recently I have been deeply involved in the world of online coaching and online marketing.
For good reason, I want to have accountability (every good coach has a good coach)
I wanted to improve my skills as a coach as well as a business owner.
You can never stop learning
But their came a point recently to where I became so entrenched in the quest for money, how much more money can I make, & I need to make more money.
These thoughts drove my actions, they literally controlled me.
The consequences were the opposite of what I expected.
While I increase my work efforts, put more time and energy into my business and from a financial standpoint ended up performing worse.
And not to mention I was not showing up for my clients the way I truly needed to.
I honestly felt like I was a failure if I didnāt reach a specific income goal.
I was being made to feel like I was less of a business owner if I didnāt reach a specific monthly income.
It became clear that I was sacrificing and putting time and energy In all the wrong areas.
Then an epiphany...
When clients are having a hard time or feel discouraged, or down, Iāve always taught them to reevaluate their āWHYā and dig deep, and I mean deep. The deeper our reasoning the more powerful the drive.
So I got back to my WHY
I realized Iām not in this for money, I chose this path of health/fitness/nutrition coaching because I am passionate about it
I value health, I value life, I value relationships
I want to help people experience Life changing results, I want to give my clients and the people I work with everything I can.
My value and purpose was never in my income level it was and always has been in the connection and service I provide for others.
I help people get back TIME, I help people get back their LIFE.
So whatās the point of all this...
To know that Your health Consists of several interconnected aspects and each one ultimately affects the others.
Refocus you life and emphasize whatās truly important
Itās time to take back your life, get back your time, build your health, to make a positive impact on the world around you, and build strong lasting relationships with as many people as possible.
