I’m so excited to share this opportunity 💛
We’re raising funds to support young women in Africa—helping them learn business skills, financial literacy, and create sustainable futures for themselves.
To help make that possible, Jen Walker (elementary art teacher at Stansbury Elementary) has generously volunteered her time to teach a beautiful acrylic painting class.
This is such a special chance to:

✔ connect with others
✔ and be part of something that truly matters

You are not your thoughts…🙄 You are the one WATCHING them.

And most of us miss the moment when a thought first shows up.

It’s subtle.
Quick.
Almost unnoticeable.

But if you don’t catch it there…
You become it.

It turns into a story.
Then a feeling.
Then a reaction.
Then suddenly…it feels true.

But it was just thought.

This is the power of becoming the watcher.

Not to control every thought —
But to notice it early enough
That you get to choose what stays.

Today, just try this:

Notice the first thought. (SEE)
Pause. (SLOW)
And ask yourself…
“Is this one I want to carry?” (SHIFT)

You don’t have to believe everything you think.

You get to choose.

Are you trusting the design of your life?
When challenges show up, I notice how quickly my mind wants to take over. It starts spinning, analyzing, replaying possible outcomes, and trying to think my way into safety.
But I already know — the answer is never in spiraling around the negative situation. The answer is in allowing. In trusting that the solution is already here, even if I can’t see it yet. Are you trusting the design of your life?

Ever notice how some thoughts just linger? The same stories, the same doubts, the same fears…They haunt your peace like ghosts that won’t rest. 👻
Those ghosts aren’t out to scare you — They’re here to show you what still needs love, healing, or release. Every haunting is an invitation to choose again. Pause. Notice what thought is following you today. Then say gently: “You don’t belong to me anymore.” And breathe it out. Your energy creates your reality. Release what no longer serves you.
The peace you’re chasing begins in your thoughts.
