Founded in September of 2010, our gym offers 4 programs each with their own purpose.

-CrossFit WOD-A combination of weightlifting cardio and gymnastics.
-Shred-Conditioning only NO barbells challenging sweat sessions
-Strength Class-A weightlifting only class for those looking to compete in weightlifting/powerlifting.
-Competitors Training-Designed for the more advanced athlete who is looking to

excel at local CrossFit competitions and in the worldwide CF Open. We are here to help you with a wide range of fitness goals fat loss, muscle gain, nutrition coaching or competitive training for specific sports. .

A NEW CHAPTER AT PUT IT UP ❤️

We’re excited to share that as of September 1, Marnae & Dennis Sorensen are the new owners of Put It Up CrossFit!

Put It Up has been a huge part of our lives for the past six years, and we feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue building on what Julia and Seth have created.

Our goal is simple: keep what makes Put It Up special, while continuing to grow, improve, and invest in this amazing community.

We’re so excited for what’s ahead and grateful to have all of you along for the ride. 💪

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. The workout can be modified to accommodate everyone, and coaches will be in class to help you out in any way you need.
