Well it is finally official, Little League has approved the merger of OWLL and FELL into the new Springfeild Little League. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard over the last months to make this happen. Please visit the new page for all updates.

We are happy to announce Springfield Little League is now the official Little League of all of Springfield Township and the surrounding areas. We look forward to a bright future and helping create long-lasting friendships and memories for our families.

Vinnie Keaser has been a coach at Whitemarsh LL last few years and coached against this past years 12s. If can stop out take a few swings to help support him in is battle.

Hello families - Last week we communicated we were considering a combined league with our friends at FELL and after careful reconsideration we are pleased to announce that OWLL & FELL are now the combined Springfield Little League - pending final Little League approval. We anticipate Little Leagues approval within the month and before spring registration is open.

The combination of leagues will benefit the entire Springfield community by providing greater opportunities to all township residents and school students. This new partnership will offer league participants expanded facility options, access to larger volunteer support, more programs and expanded development opportunities. We are excited to combine our resources, participants, parents, supporters and volunteers for the coming 2021 season. We believe strongly that both of our leagues will be stronger as ONE!

Right now, all official business is being conducted by Springfield Little League and we will immediately begin the process of merging the two leagues into one. Until that is complete please continue to use the OWLL or FELL websites for important updates and information. We will be providing weekly email updates on the merger status until it is complete and while there are sure to be some minor issues, we will work hard to make this process as seamless as possible. We appreciate your patience as we pull all the information together.

What a day for our 12s today, after losing the first game they battled to win the second game to win the Districts. Thank you to everyone who came out to support the team today.

12yr District Championships tomorrow at 2pm against Whitemarsh at Whitemarsh LL Miles Park. Come on out and show your support to give the kids a great send off.

If you were wondering where everyone was tonight in the Township, they were all at Whitemarsh watching OWLL vs FELL 12s. Another nail biter game with another walk off win in the bottom of the sixth. Off to the championships on Sunday.

Nailbiter all game, capped off with a 2 out walk off hit in the bottom of the sixth to win the game. Every little leaguers dream. Congrats boys!!
