Group training is growing here at In Pursuit! Jen is leading a class on Monday mornings at 8:15 and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm.

Good music, good workout, and a good group of ladies working on their fitness - join them tonight!

We have a new fitness class with Jen offered at two times: Mondays at 8:15-9:15am and Thursdays at 6:15-7:15pm. Following her 4x4 format, there’s some strength, cardio, stretching and core work in this one-hour class. Space is limited so get on her email list to sign-up.

The number one thing people are *not* doing enough of is strength training. I make sure that’s not the case at In Pursuit. We lift heavy and we lift often.

How many push-ups can you do? What about air squats? Can you climb a 14-foot rope? (yes, that one we climbed in gym as kids)

Make no mistake, strength training takes a lot of work. But when you're strong and you know it (or you need it) you'll be glad you put in the effort.

As we wrap up the year, it’s time for a Six Week Sprint! This 6-week program will take us to the end of 2023 and get us ready for the new year. Six Week Sprint will focus on push-ups, squats, and short interval workouts to maximize our time together. In this twice weekly 45-minute class we will be doing more than those two exercises but maximizing push-ups and squats will be our primary goal.

Six Week Sprint is limited to six participants in person so tag a friend and sign-up today!

Your young athlete is growing into his/her sport and on the field, practices are going well. The next step - strength and conditioning needs an upgrade. Training sessions are forming now at In Pursuit Fitness Training. I’ll be using my 20 years of coaching, teaching physical education, and parenting young athletes to create a fun and effective training atmosphere. Class size limited to six participants. Your athlete will get stronger, faster, and more well-rounded at In Pursuit.
