This was a very hard decision for me. Even after 6 successful, winning seasons, and finishing in the District Finals this year. I have decided to resign from Clay Volleyball. The girls are amazing and I will miss them a lot. But due to my health and mental health plus I have alot of family events coming up next year. I decided it was the time for me to move on and take a break. Thank you to all my past and present players for making my time at Clay a very successful one. I will always cherish you guys! 💛💚🏐

Volleyball isn’t always about the physical game, it’s mental too. Varsity had a mental practice today. EAO Sports motivational speaker and Walleye Strength trainer Dan Jones gave us a great pep talk and inspiring words to achieve our district goal. EAO Marcia Pisanti Yoga instructor/Strength trainer stretched and gave the girls an amazing workout. Finished our practice with fruits and veggies as a team treat. Let’s clock it in and make the run. GO EAGLES!💚💛
