Was the final week of tackle football games at Clay High School this past Sunday! Lots of great football was played. One of our 5th&6th grade teams competed in a year-end bowl game, and our other two 5th&6th teams, as a result of sitting at the top two spots in their division, ended up playing each other in the divisional league championship game!
In the first bowl game , Oregon Tkaczyk battled to an 8-0 victory over Anthony Wayne.
In the championship game Oregon/Richardson defeated Oregon/Dominguez, 12-0. It was amazing to watch all three of these teams represent Oregon Jr Eagles Football. We have an amazing group of coaches and players! Coach Dominguez, Richardson, Tkaczyk and Segura will now start pooling their coaching acumen as they prepare our 10U and 11U teams for the state tournament on November 7th and 8th!

Coach Segura’s 3rd&4th grade team will meet Anthony Wayne next Sunday Oct 25 at the Glass Bowl for the league championship! Game day details will be posted later this week!

Thank you to all the Jr Eagles cheer coaches and cheerleaders for supporting the boys all season long! You are rock stars!

Go EAGLES!
