Congratulations to Clay softball alumna Monica (Cornell) Sigurdson! Her 2004 Defiance College Softball team was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. They are the second women’s team and first softball team to be selected for the Hall of Fame! They won their conference 3 of 4 years that Monica played. 👍

Congrats to everyone, especially Monica! 💚💛🥎🥰 It's a great day to be an Eagle! 🦅

Fun was had by all at the Clay softball alumni event on Saturday. 🤩🥎 Seven different graduating classes were represented ranging from 2002-2020. 🦅

We had some competitions, then played a few innings. It doesn't matter how many years these ladies have been away from the game of softball, their competitive spirit still comes out when you put them on the field. 💪🤣 🫶

Thank you to those who attended from near and far. We hope more can join us next year! 💛💚

It was great to see 2 former Eagles face off on the softball diamond. 🤩 BGSU, with Maddie Franke, hosted University of Findlay, with Olivia Haas on Friday night. 🥎 We wish them both luck as they continue to shine on the field and in the classroom. Keep doing great things! 🥳
