How does this analogy relate to your life journey? Sometimes, we forget to be patient during difficult periods in our lives. We must try to remember that the winter is only for a season, and more importantly, that beautiful, sunny weather is right around the corner. πŸ’•

Life can surprise us sometimes. We can use the events that have transpired in 2020 to prove this point.

But, even though certain events throughout our lives have a negative affect upon impact, it does not mean the effect will last forever. 😊

Life is essentially a collection of both negative and positive moments. And given moments are but a snap shot in time, their duration is usually much shorter than they seem.
β€”
The most important takeaway here, is moments in life (both positive and negative) help us to grow as humans. They provide a collection of memories, evoke tremendous emotions, inspire, warn and inform, and most importantly, they provide a blueprint we can use for our future. πŸ™

I am going to use this year and all the moments this year encompasses, to remember learn, and reflect. I wish to go forward as a person who is enlightened versus benighted. I wish to reflect on this year as an opportunity to make positive change happen, and to determine how I can be a part of the solution needed for a better future for us all. ❀️

After watching zombie movies last night, I came up with an idea. πŸ’‘

Why not make this time fun for ourselves and our kids? While positive thinking and activities do not dismiss the seriousness of a situation, it does help with anxiety and negative thinking/behaviors. 😊

Starting tomorrow, I will put out a short exercise vid with fun exercises like zombie walks, high knees, jump squats, running in place, jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, etc. πŸ’ͺ🏼

During times like these, it is important to advocate good health and positive thinking! Let’s keep moving, even if it is only in our house! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Would love to see workout comments, selfies and your own vids of your family having fun and staying healthy together. ❀️
