We will be holding our Belt Promotion at the Castle Dale Rec Center from 5-6 PM. Make sure to show up at least 10 minutes early so you can warm up and get ready to show us your best moves!😎😎😎

GRIT Fitness will be opening tomorrow morning at 5:30 for anyone interested in working out and registering. We will return at 8:30 am -noon and from 4-6 pm. If you are unable to register during these times, just contact us to set up a time that works for you. Can't wait to see you there!!

OPENING JANUARY 6TH!!
We are EXCITED to announce the opening of GRIT Fitness!!! Grit Fitness is a 24 hour accessible gym. We have free weights, kettlebells, wall balls, suspension bands, fitness bands and cardio machines(HIIT, rowing and treadmill.) You also have access to heavy weight punching bags. Daily workouts will be posted for those who need a little extra fitness guidance.

We will also be offering Cardio Kickboxing 3x week starting at 5:30am.
First 15 members to sign up will receive a FREE GRIT Fitness t-shirt!!

Congratulations to everyone at Belt Promotions last night. You all did great. It is a joy to see your progress.

I would also like to thank everyone that joined us at our Open House last night. It was a great night! I'm so excited to have our own location! Thank you to all of you that gave your time and talents to help get the school ready and looking as awesome as it does! I couldn't have done it without you!
