Twin Lakes Riding Club Twin Lakes Riding Club is a volunteer run club offering fellowship to those interested in all things

TLRC is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to stimulate interest in horses and horsemanship as well as to foster and conduct activities pertaining to horses. TLRC offers Western, English and Gymkhana horse shows, monthly trail rides, overnight camp outs with your horse, family play days, parades, potlucks and other fun for members! Members also receive the benefit of a discount on horse show entry fees.

Our first English Schooling Show is this Saturday! In addition to ribbons we have some new 1st place awards 🙌🏼, AND.. our season champions will get to lounge around in their own 2026 Champion Chair. We have one for each age group.

FINALLY HERE: TLRC Gymkhana Silver Buckles will be awarded to the following riders for the 2025 Season. Award presentation will be held at the Orangevale Library, 8820 Grenback Lane, OV. Our general meeting starts at 7pm and awards will follow our Gymkhana announcement at the meeting.

Silver Buckle Awards Announcement

I know everyone was looking forward to riding today and celebrating our High Point Awards, including the presentation of the Silver Buckles. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for our arena, and as Show Chair, it’s my responsibility to prioritize everyone’s safety.

That said, I would like to invite this year’s Silver Buckle winners to join us at the TLRC General Membership Meeting on November 5th at 7:00 PM, held at the Orangevale Library. We’ll be recognizing our champions in front of the membership and presenting their well-earned silver buckles.

Without further ado, here are your 2025 Silver Buckle Winners:

UPDATE 6:10pm: The arena was reassessed and the show will definitely have to be cancelled for the safety of the horses and riders. I’m deeply sorry for the inconvenience. I will be making an announcement about the silver Buckel series and the winners as soon as I get to meet with the Board of Directors.

I want to thank everyone that has come out this season and previous seasons to show their support for TLRC and myself. I have been running the Gymkhana shows since 2007 with just a few breaks in between and want to share that I am resigning this year. You will have a new show chair next year so please give them a warm welcome and show your support as you have done for me for so many years. I will be around so if you see me helping out at a show - stop by and say hi! I appreciate you all. -Deanana

ATTENTION Gymkhana Riders: we will be watching the arena overnight to see how well it dries from the amount of rain we received. At this time, we will have a 9 AM start time but please check for updates before making the trip to the are. A final decision will be made if the show will be canceled by 7 am tomorrow morning.
