Orangeburg NAACP Youth Council The Orangeburg NAACP Youth Council is dedicated to community awareness and activism. Your suppport is greatly appreciated by all involved.

Monthly meetings are held every 3rd Sunday at Warren's Chapel on Highway 301 off 178 in Orangeburg, SC @ 3:00 pm. The Youth Council meets every third Sunday from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm @ Warrens Chapel on 301 before Fred's.
