Join us Wednesday, September 16, from 4:30–6:00 PM for our LIVESTRONG Open House. Meet our instructors, learn how the program works, get a sneak peek at what to expect, and ask all the questions you have.

There’s no pressure to sign up. Come in, meet us, and see if the program might be a good fit for you.

Best of all, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is FREE for participants.

Our pool schedule will look a little different this Saturday due to swim lessons and a special water safety clinic for children in our community.

The pool will be closed for Family Swim until 1:00 PM. Two lanes will remain open for Lap Swim during this time.

Family Swim will resume at 1:00 PM.

Join our September Fitness Challenge and work toward climbing 110 floors — 2,071 steps throughout the month.
We climb in tribute to the first responders who lost their lives on September 11:
• 343 Firefighters
• 63 Police Officers
• 8 Emergency Medical Personnel
We also remember all 2,977 lives lost that day.
Join the challenge this September and climb with purpose.
