Meet Coach Mike! .simeoli ⁣⁣

Mike is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
He also recently graduated from the University of Bridgeport with his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Mike is a licensed chiropractor and operates out of the Ronai PTSM/Competitive Edge facility through . ⁣
⁣
He has valuable experience with injury prevention testing, return to play protocols, and is certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT).⁣
⁣⁣
At Competitive Edge, Mike is currently serving as the Director of Program Development & Operations, as well as training private/semi-private clients, teams, and adult boot camp classes. ⁣⁣

Meet Coach Hunter! ⁣
⁣
Hunter is a graduate of Springfield College where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. ⁣
⁣
His experience includes internships at Sacred Heart University and Yale University where he refined his programming and coaching skills with Football and Men’s Lacrosse. ⁣
⁣
Hunter also has valuable experience working with patients and athletes transitioning from formal Physical Therapy and post-operative care back to high level athletics. ⁣
⁣
At Competitive Edge, Hunter is currently serving as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Notre Dame High School, as well as training private and semi-private clients. ⁣
