It's a phrase you'll hear often at Tiger-Rock because it is one of the defining characteristics of our training.

We teach students to move with purpose, stay focused, and be intentional in everything they do. Learning to eliminate wasted motion helps students become more efficient, more disciplined, and more confident in their abilities.

Since starting Tiger-Rock, the confidence change is hard to miss.
