CHALLENGING. INDIVIDUALIZED. NO SHORTCUTS.

That’s how Anna describes training at Grind. Coaches who know their stuff and workouts built for the athlete in front of them.

Thank you, Anna 💪

Crazy that there are 6 years between this picture and this video. In that time, I’ve watched Michael Rabel † grow from a young kid just trying to get faster into a Division 1 college lacrosse player and a great human being.

The one thing has remained consistent over the past few years…he always wanted to train and get better.

It’s been a true pleasure watching him every step of the way and I look forward to watching him grow even more at Salisbury and Bucknell!

I also used to beat him at everything and now I’m afraid he might have me beat more times than not. Not everything, but some things.

Tag along for Jack Henry Palazzo workout. The “Hammer” is a Salve Regina Baseball commit and is working hard this offseason to add some size and strength.

You will notice we focus a lot on single-leg and single-arm strength in his workout routine. The main reason being we want to balance out any asymmetry from side to side, as well as improve his mobility and stability in the single-leg/single-arm positions.

This will help with injury prevention as well as throwing velocity and overall power output
