Tomacelli Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & MMA is a close-knit and hard-working family dedicated to ensuring that every one of its members receives the personal attention he or she deserves and needs in order to achieve excellence. Our goal is not simply to exist as a workout facility void of direction or to create fleets of mindless fighters, but to sculpt you into a unique and dynamic artist. It was a full class for MMA last night. Men, women, children, and even a senior citizen were in attendance!

I am more than proud of everyone composure last night. I am just simoly beyond impressed 😁.

From hand and knuckle conditioning, to body hardening drills, right through bare knuckle MMA 1 on 1 rounds, and since there were twenty of us we finished around 8:45pm with an old school 2000 situps to close out the evening.

While others drink their weekends aways... We start our Friday nights off properly...with self sought need to push our physical envelope.
....and end our Fridays with an extreme need for sleep and recovery LOL and maybe a visit to William's Wellness 🙃
