9.30.22 → 9.30.26 🥊💍

Four years ago, on September 30th, we were handed the keys to Team Medina Boxing with no idea what the next four years would bring. We built this place together, worked through the highs and lows, and turned a dream into something that means so much to us.

And exactly four years later, on 9.30.26, Manny got down on one knee…

The craziest part? We didn’t even realize the dates were the same until today while getting ready to post about the gym’s 4-year anniversary. 😭

Four years after starting one of our biggest dreams together, that same date became the beginning of our forever. ❤️

God’s timing. 🙏🏽

Happy 4 years to Team Medina Boxing and now 9/30 will forever mean even more to us. 🥊💍

📚✨ How cool is this?! One of our Team Medina members, Shay, recently shared with us that she wrote a children’s book a few years back so of course we had to order some copies and show our support! 💙

Twinkle From Above is a grief story for children, created to help little ones navigate loss in a meaningful and comforting way. 🕊️✨

We love learning about the amazing things our members have accomplished outside of the gym too. Proud to support one of our own! 🥊📖

Team Medina supports Team Medina. ❤️ 🥊
If you’d like to support Shay too and need a way to explain grief to a little you can order Twinkle From Above on Amazon! 📚✨

🥊 INTERNATIONAL PAL BOXING CHAMPIONSHIPS 🥊

Proud of Sebastian and the work he put in this week! He didn’t get the win in the championship bout, but he fought hard, stayed composed, and represented Team Medina Boxing well.

Tournament after tournament, fight after fight, we continue to see Sebastian’s growth, more confidence, more experience, and more improvement.

Of course we come to win but at this stage, progress is the real victory. Every time Sebastian steps into that ring, he’s becoming a better fighter.

Proud of you, Sebastian! Now back to work. 🥊
