“Thank YOU, Carlos! Thank you for letting me come back and constantly motivating me to keep going. To be completely honest, when I first messaged you back in April 2021 about considering training with you, I never ever imagined being where I am now. I underestimated myself so much. I never saw myself as “strong” or “athletic”. I know you joke around about my gym attire transformation LOL, but you’re right. You can say I’m out of my cocoon now. 🦋 You’re not just helping your clients grow a b***y, but you’re helping them boost their confidence, tear up their gym anxiety, and learn to love and have fun with working out. From January- to now

Starting working out with Carlos 4 months ago. I’m amazed on how much my body has changed within those four months. Thank you Carlos for always pushing me & motivating me to do better. I enjoy working out and I’ve been consistent. I use to work out before but never really took it serious. Working out makes me feel better about myself and more confident. I will forever be thankful with Carlos because he’s helping me reach my fitness goals.

🍑🔥How to HipTrust 🍑🔥
Hip thrusting is one of the many glute focused workouts to help really feel the burn. Doing this movement correctly with proper form will give you amazing results 🍑

1. Sit on the floor with your back up against a bench, Roll the barbell over your hips until the barbell rests in the crease of your hips.
2. The bottom of your shoulder blades should be in touching along the bench. The weight on your feet should be evenly distributed along each side. lift your hips off of the ground while your chin remains tucked throughout the movement
3. Squeeze your glutes as you push your hips toward the ceiling to achieve full hip extension. Your core should be engaged and your pelvis should be slightly tucked at the top. (Vital)
4. Pause for 2–3 seconds at the top and release

Dumbbells RDL
Here’s a few quick tips on how to do an RDL using dumbbells.
1. standing position with your feet shoulder width apart
2. With a slight bend in your knees, push ur hips back, keeping a straight back slowly lower the weights towards the ground. You should feel a deep stretch in your hamstrings as your hips move backwards.
