We are getting VERY close to our next Open Circuit Tournament! We are excited to have everyone together and wanted to send out a quick overview of some important reminders and next steps as we get closer to tournament day!

🥇 Tournament Registration

All students MUST have permission from their Chief Instructor before registering!

Please register as soon as possible so we can begin finalizing rings and divisions.

🕛 Tournament Schedule

Please note, the times listed represent age-group time blocks, not individual divisions. As registration continues, we will finalize the rings and divisions.

The Open Circuit rules are also attached. Please take some time to review them with your students so everyone has a clear idea of how the tournament will be run.

🥋Friday Judging Clinic & Black Belt Workout

Don't forget that we will also be hosting our Friday Judging Clinic and Black Belt Workout at:

Acworth Community Center

The Judging Clinic is open to all ages and ranks, and will be a great opportunity to review the Open Circuit rules, go over judging expectations, and get everyone prepared for Saturday. Both events are FREE!

🌟 We are really looking forward to having everyone together for this event! Our goal is to create an awesome tournament where our students can compete, learn, build friendships, and have a great time.

Thank you so much to all who took class and to those who brought buddies! The instructor team had so much fun hyping everyone up all week, and only a few fingers had to be sacrificed for all this to happen 😅

It was fun to end July with a bang! We’ll see everyone back in class next week to kick off August with some good energy 🥋

The countdown is officially ON! We are just weeks away from the Hero City Tournament on Saturday, June 20th, and you do not want to miss out! 🔥
This is the very first tournament in our 4-part series. It’s your chance to start earning crucial points toward School Champion and District Champion titles! 🏆 Over 200 competitors will be stepping onto the mats to showcase their skills—will you be one of them?
⏰ DEADLINE REMINDER: Registration closes next Friday, June 12th!
Here is what you need to know:
📍 Where: Adam W. Herbert University Center (12000 Alumni Dr, Jacksonville, FL)
🥋 Categories: Traditional Forms, Xtreme Forms, Freestyle Weapons, Stick Sparring, & Point Sparring.
👕 Gear: Don't forget, students must wear a Competition Gi on the day of the event to be eligible for point tracking!
