This is a day im going to have a very difficult time coming to grips with. Today we lost an amazing person. Big Joe is a massive reason why I am where I am in my career today. The endless support, constantly challenging me to get out of my comfort zone, throwing me into the fire when I least expected it. He was someone I could call and would always know I was getting his 100% honest opinion.
Someone I could talk through career decisions with. Someone who trusted me and believed in me as a coach. A world class s**t talker with the best non stop banter. But more importantly a friend, I’m so thankful that I got to call you a friend big man! Thank you for everything you have done for me, the fellow coaches in SoCal and for all of the goalkeepers you have impacted over the past 27 years! Words will never be able to fully express those much you have impacted me over the past decade. You will be missed but never forgotten
