5am wake ups can be hard but having time for me before Banks wakes up is 100% worth it. I have days that I wished I had set the alarm when I didn’t, but I never have days where after my workout I wish I had slept in. Give it a try I promise it’s worth it!!!

My new favorite go to is Magna creatine, I can get 5g of creatine plus my electrolytes in before, during, and after my workout. Getting up early + staying hydrated + making time for me sets me up for my BEST days.

honestly the reminder I needed for myself. I’ve been feeling extra motivated to take chances & go after things even though they seem a little scary to me!! But I’ve learned that those are always the things we are meant to do the most. Growth SHOULD be scary!! thank you for coming to my ted talk!!

Bonus tip!!: feed baby during take off + landing! The swallowing helps their ears adjust to the changing pressure.
