Dr. B. (Bridgeman Health Solutions) demonstrates a unique way to relieve sore and tight traps with .

He uses the Ribbed roller paired with the Soft roller in his demonstration. That's our recommended combination for this technique, but the Bumpy roller and even the smooth Medium roller will also work, depending on what kind of pressure and targeting you need.

Dr. B's technique involves anchoring the opposite roller under your arm. You also have the option to use your free hand to anchor the lower handle at your side, which may be more comfortable for some people. Then you use your other hand to control the pressure and leverage of the main roller against your target area. You can perform this technique while comfortably standing or sitting.

So easy, your dog can do it! 🐶 Well... almost. This little guy's owner stopped by our booth to try out . He had to put his drink down, but not his dog. We don't recommend trying this with an old-school foam roller while sprawled out on the ground. It's just another example of the convenience and comfort of DoubleUP!
