I’ve been coaching for 6 years and I’ve heard all the reasons why not to get your work in…

I get it. I’ve been there.

BUT if you want to play in college at a high level, coaches don’t care how you’re ✨feeling✨. You’re expected to perform and execute. If you can’t handle it, someone else is in line ready to take your spot. 🤷‍♀️

Train when it’s UNCOMFORTABLE. You’ll learn to perform when things are hard. Just keep showing up for yourself and you’ll see the results you want. 👏
