How to make a Mahi Mahi Bowl🤩⁠

Calories: 336 cals⁠
Protein: 37g⁠
Carbs: 41g⁠
Fats: 3g⁠

Ingredients: ⁠
4oz Mahi Fish from Costco ⁠
2 Cups of butter lettuce ⁠
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice ⁠

Instructions: ⁠
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees ⁠
2. Cook Mahi fish for 30 minutes (from frozen) ⁠
3. Chop and wash butter lettuce ⁠
4. Cook instant brown rice and ⁠
5. Put them all in a plate and enjoy :) ⁠

You can add sauces or seasonings but the Mahi fish already has so much flavor in it ✨⁠

This is how to control your cravings🤗⁠

1. Do not restrict yourself from your favorite food. You know why? When you are depriving yourself from your favorite foods, you will ultimately end up indulging later. ⁠

Tip: Satisfy your cravings with having 1 serving or choosing a healthy alternative that can still satisfy the crave. ⁠

2. 80/20 Rule. This is the secret to living a balanced lifestyle. with this rule you can still see progress while still enjoying your favorite foods and drinks! ⁠

3. Improve your quality of sleep. Having less than 6.5 hours of sleep will take a toll on your health. You should have at least 7 hours of sleep. ⁠

Discipline is is one of the most important factors to success🤗⁠

If you are on a fitness, health, strength, or fitness journey, discipline is a very important skill to have to get to your goals. ⁠

Here are the steps to become disciplined: ⁠
1. Know your strengths and weaknesses.⁠
2. Remove any temptations.⁠
3. Set clear goals and have a plan to execute.⁠
4. Practice daily diligence.⁠
5. Create new habits and rituals.⁠
6. Change your perception about willpower.⁠
7. Give yourself a backup plan.⁠

When you are going through a transformation, lifestyle change, any type type of change, your mentality has to be there with you 100% ⁣⁠

There were times when I wanted to give up because I wasn’t “seeing” changes in my body. When you look at yourself everyday, it is hard to see the changes your body is going through. Unless you track it weekly! ⁣⁠
⁣⁠
➡️ Weigh yourself every week ⁣⁠
➡️ Take weekly progress photos ⁣⁠
➡️ Track what you are eating ⁣⁠
⁣⁠
These are just some practices that I did when I was in my journey. This may sound like a lot of work but that’s what you should expect! ⁣⁠

Any type of lifestyle transformation is not going to be easy! I like to remind myself that this is 90% mentality and 10% physical. If your mind is not there to keep you motivated than your body is just not gonna follow through physically. ⁣⁠

I’m going to be completely transparent with you guys. This month sucked…⁣

Personally and professionally… ⁣

So many things came crashing down on me all at once.⁣

Had a lot of moments of stress and doubt and I was just on an emotional rollercoaster this whole month.⁣

I had to constantly remind myself that everything was going to be okay and that God has something BIG planned for me.⁣

I can feel it coming. ⁣

This is the life of an entrepreneur. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies. ⁣

It’s challenges and hard work.⁣

I thank my mom and dad for my work ethic. They taught me how to work hard and chase after my passion. ⁣

I thank my friends who inspire me every day and support me with everything that I do.⁣

I thank my coaches who have mentored me through this challenging but exciting journey.⁣

I thank my boyfriend, Andy, who has been supporting and pushing me every single day. Giving me that tough love that I need. ⁣

Lastly, I want to thank YOU. My followers who support my content, who support with what I believe in, the strong women I serve. You are the reason I stay inspired and do what I do.⁣

Even though this month was a challenge, I am forever grateful what I gained from it emotionally and spiritually. ⁣

Since eating more will help restore your metabolism, that means that you will be burning more calories through out the day and you no longer have to rely on daily cardio sessions!⁣

✅ 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. ⁣

Fad diets restrict you from specific food that your body needs so you are depriving your body without fully knowing it. ⁣

✅ 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿.⁣

Since you are eating more through out the day, your body is no longer holding on to every ounce of nutrient because it is unsure when you will eat next or how much you will eat. ⁣

Just because you are restricting yourself for all your favorite foods, doesn’t mean that you will be getting the long term results that you want. ⁣
