I am excited to introduce MVP Youth Performance Training, a multi-sport fitness & training combine where kids get more athletic for any sport!
The combine will follow collegiate level combine stations scaled safely to youth aged kids that will include agility drills, speed drills, body exercises, conditioning, and sports specific movements.
The goal of MVP training is for kids to have FUN, improve their athleticism, build confidence, improve sports biomechanics, build friendships and be great teammates! The fundamental drills and discipline learned through the combine will teach our players to be better student athletes, while building upon character and sportsmanship on and off the field.
In addition to owning my private practice, Newport Beach Chiropractic & Wellness, I coach multiple youth sports - flag football, baseball, soccer, & basketball. I hold a degree in Exercise Sports Science/Kinesiology from Penn State University, as well as a sports specific specialty CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), which is the gold standard in professional sports. Throughout my years of coaching I saw a demand for youth performance training. I trained NCAA football and volleyball players for combine prep at the collegiate level and now I want to bring it to the youth level. Get the competitive edge! MVP
