Went to Lincoln for the first time with the Pro Mod class last.

Won our heat
Started 2nd, dominated a majority of the feature, multiple cautions caused our tire to glaze over and got passed on the last lap after being intentionally ran into the wall. Our driver had the wherewithal to keep her pinned and still finish 2nd after being airborne.
“When in doubt, throttle out!”

Killer run Lucas! Definitely learned no one is your friend on the track, but also learned we’ve got a race piece. We’ll be back for Fall Nationals in October!

🏁Weekend Recap 🏁
We definitely had a better weekend of racing this past weekend!

Farmer City Friday
▪️Qualified 2nd quick
🔹Won our very first heat race at Farmer
🔸Started 2nd ➡️ 3rd in the feature
Definitely have figured some speed out in the Shaw Car, just needing a tiny bit more tweaking

Spoon River Speedway for the Keith Siegel’s Memorial on Saturday
▪️Qualified 5th but ended up moving to 3rd after multiple cars were DQ’d
🔹Won our heat
🔸Started 3rd ➡️ fell back to 6th, then made it back up 4th after switching up lines on the track. It was nice to have the CDR out again!

All in all was a pretty good weekend for us!
The guys really put in some hard work this week and it showed! Thank you to all of the guys helping in the pits this weekend! We appreciate you guys!
