When I look back at the past 33 years, I swell with pride and feel blessed to have been involved in martial arts. From coming up in the beginner ranks to expanding TaeKwonDo academies around the Acadiana area (and even one in Saudi Arabia!), martial arts training has made a huge difference in my life. Walking on the mat has been the best decision I have ever made, and I hope that you and/or your f

amily will join in this experience. Lessons learned here transcend physical abilities.
