Small changes in movement can create meaningful improvements in impact and ball flight.
Some examples of before and after in yesterday’s session. We focused on reducing excessive lower body sway during the backswing by using the JKG Cross Box Half to help build better structure and stability. With improved support from the ground up, the swing became more centered and repeatable.
We also worked on organizing the takeaway so the club stayed more in front of the body. That change made it easier to sequence the downswing and deliver the club more consistently into impact.
As these movement patterns improved, so did impact quality and ball flight. It’s another reminder that improving the movement often improves the result.
