Did you know we offer a Friday Adaptive Martial Arts class specifically for adults with special needs?

Every Friday at 4:30 PM, we create a space where every person is welcomed, celebrated, and challenged at their own pace.

Coach Andy took that same energy out into the community — visiting the City of Auburn's Therapeutic Recreation Camp at East Samford.
