Meet Tara, founder of .luna.vibes and the guide behind our monthly Sound Meditations at GRAE Pilates Co.

Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, Tara creates a calming and restorative experience designed to help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and bring the mind and body back into balance. Her sessions provide a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect, and recharge from the demands of everyday life.
