Players Tour kicks off its 2026 Summer campaign this week at Industry Hills Golf Club! A special thank-you goes to General Manager David Youpa, PGA and the entire Industry Hills Golf Club staff for their exceptional hospitality and support during the event.

In the Girls Overall Division, 36 hole were not enough to determine a victor. Jialin (Alice) Zhang captured the championship title by remaining composed during extra play and secured victory after a single hole. A birdie on her final hole of regulation play would have her finish at 1-under par with rounds of 71 and 70. Faith Han earned the first runner-up position with strong rounds of 71 and 60, finishing at 1-under par. Kaili (Iris) Soong secured second runner-up with rounds of 78 and 68, finishing at 4-overpar.

In the Boys Overall Division, Aidan Junius delivered a dominant performance, posting rounds of 69-71 for a two-day total of 2-under par. Aidan was the lone boy under par this weekend on route to his championship title. Nayden Hirata (77-69) and Aaron Pang (73-73), both finishing at 4-over par to share runner up honors.

Congratulations to all of our medalists for their exceptional performances!

We look forward to seeing everyone back on the course in two weeks at Los Serranos!

The 2026 Section Qualifier for the Junior PGA Championship concluded this week at Goose Creek Golf Club, finalizing the field of local players moving on to the national stage. The top two boys and top two girls from the event earned exemptions into the National Junior PGA Championship, which will be held from July 28–31 at Fields Ranch in Frisco, Texas.

Levi Reilly secured his first career Toyota Tour Cup victory by finishing at 10-under par! Reilly put together two consistent rounds of 68 and 64 to claim the top spot. Oscar Liang earned the second qualifying position, finishing one stroke behind Reilly at 9-under par. Liang highlighted the opening round of the tournament with an impressive 61! Baron Nguyen finished in third place, posting steady scores of 68 and 67 to conclude the event at 7-under par. Congratulations to all the boys on an awesome tournament!

In the Girls’ Division, Samantha Daniels shot the low score of the final round to finish at 10-under par, securing her second career Toyota Tour Cup title! The final qualifying spot came down to a playoff between Myla Robinson and Maggie (Jiayi) Ma. After matching scores in regulation, Robinson secured the second national invitation by winning on the fourth playoff hole! Congratulations to all the girls on their tremendous play!
This event could have not been a success if it was not for a world-class venue and staff. A massive thank you goes out to Director of Golf Ross Fisher, PGA, Operations Manager and Tournament Director Ryan Fisher, and the entire phenomenal staff at Goose Creek Golf Club for their hospitality.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to the Rules Committee, Gary Albin, PGA and Steve Asaki, and the SCPGA Jr. Tour Field Staff for their help in making this tournament memorable. Finally, a special thank you to our dedicated partners Toyota, TaylorMade, and USwing for their unwavering and continued support of the SCPGA Jr. Tour and the Toyota Tour Cup.

Congratulations to the four qualifiers, and we will be rooting for you next month in Texas at the 2026 Jr. PGA Championship!

The Toyota Tour Cup officially kicked off the 2026 Summer Season in Palm Desert with a thrilling weekend at the Toyota Tour Cup @ Desert Willow!

A massive thank you to Assistant General Manager & Director of Golf Ryan Szydlowski, PGA, Head Golf Professional Jason Wilkinson, PGA, First Assistant Golf Professional Jeff Grant, PGA, and the entire staff at Desert Willow Golf Resort for being world-class hosts.

On the course, the story of the weekend was all about breakthrough performances. In the Girls Division, Alice Okuri stood alone at the top, firing a clutch 71-72 to finish as the tournament’s only under par player and secure her firstever Toyota Tour Cup title! Congratulations to all the girls on their great play!

The Boys Division delivered just as much drama! Qualifier Cody Grant proved he belonged in the spotlight, shooting 71-70 to capture his very first Toyota Tour Cup victory! He held off a surging Austin Dennis, who fired a spectacular final round 68 to climb into second place (73-68), while firstround leader Noah Hitomi earned a strong third place finish (69-73).
