July K*k Sool Won Camps 2018

Tiger/Dragon Camp
Mon. July 9th - Thurs. 12th 9-11am

Tiger Dragon Camp combines martial arts training with games and activities designed to promote physical activity and mental discipline. On Thursday the 12th from 10 to 11 the students will be given an opportunity to show off the skills they have been working on during the course of the week with a demo for family and friends. Ages 4 -8. $90 per camper.

Kid’s Boot Camp
Saturday July 28th 9am – 2pm

Kids Boot Camp is a full day of training. It will cover many aspects of martial arts including weapons, falling, self-defense and campers will be pushed physically beyond anything they believe they can do. Ages 8 - 88. $60 per camper.

Congrats to my Dragons class! They started off our Kickathon with 650 kicks in 25 minutes. They helped me to my goal of 10,000 kicks this year and were a big part of the $700 we’ve raised so far. Keep those donations coming. Money is due by Wednesday the 16th.
