Took a vacation day and headed to Quinte Isle Campground with the hubby for "the Flock" Jayco Rally. I was honoured to be asked to lead a morning Yoga session and an afternoon Low Impact Fitness class.

It was a perfect morning and day to do my thing outdoors at an amazing location.

Throw in a nice RV from Owasco RV, some super friendly neighbors. a 5 km walk with my man and you got one happy lady

Shout out to my friend Andrea! This is so awesome I just had to share.

What started as joining us for our annual Good Friday walk has turned into something so inspiring. Since that day, she hasn’t stopped showing up for herself β€” one walk, one day at a time.

Zoom session links ready to be released.

Watch for updates on an upcoming *Free* Yoga session (as I continue my certification training).

Zoom session benefits:
- never leave your home-do it any where!
- recordings provided after sessions so you never miss a workout (or to do it again)
- led by Certified PT
- keep yourself accountable
- each session is different
- work at your own pace

All you need: yoga mat, set (or 2) of dumbbells, your device to follow along.
(Can also use resistance bands, kettle bells or any other item available to you)

I am excited to bring back the annual Active April Challenge! It starts today!

This challenge is about creating simple, consistent habits that help you feel stronger, more energized and connected to your body each day.

No extremes - just a daily commitment to yourself.....and it's FREE - the only cost is the time you set aside for you!

The goal: (daily)

10,000 steps
150 squats
30 push ups

That's it! Simple. Effective. Functional. (and powerful if done consistently)
